What's Included?

What types of tours do you offer?
Mobile wine tasting tours, Haunted City Pub Crawls, and private guided sightseeing tours by appointment for 2-5 guests.
Will me and/or my guest be traveling with others?
It’s not certain however the cart will accept a 5 guest maximum for our tour bookings. If you are a couple or with a guest you can likely expect another couple will be joining the scheduled tour. We can also offer private tours for special event bookings
Are your tours guided?
Yes, all of our tours are guided by knowledgeable and experienced guides.
What is the duration of your tours?
The duration of our tours will be 3 hours.
Is there parking?
Yes. No need to pay for expensive downtown parking.
Is this a walking or mobile tour?
You’ll be guided around in comfort concierge style in the very posh Serendipity electric vehicle. Note: The ability to climb in and out of the vehicle is required. Much like a car, you must be able to step up into and also lift yourself into the vehicle.
How many tour stops?
There will be at least 3-4 major stops :)
Where will we meet?
We will meet downtown in front of the historic Stanbury cottage at: 232 St. George Street St. Augustine FL 32084
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included. Gratuity for your Tour Guide is NOT included in the price of the tour. Although not expected, it is happily accepted and shared with the many patrons/vendors on the tour. Standard gratuity ranges from 18%-20% of the per person tour price. Your Tour Guide can accept gratuity with: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle @ 386-506-6231 ;)
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation Policy Below is our standard refund policy: Refunds: We do not offer SAME DAY refunds or rescheduling to another date for tickets purchased for our tours. Once purchased, that guarantees your spot, and we make arrangements with the restaurants for a set number of guests and food & wine to prepare. Your ticket(s) are transferrable to a third party. Full refund, with a minimum of 48-hour notice, prior to the start of the tour. Guests will also receive a full refund, in case of operator cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances, on our behalf. Please note: We are happy to reschedule your tour for a later date, should an emergency arise. However, no credit/refund will be given for day-of cancellations, partial attendance, no-shows or late arrivals. All tours depart promptly at scheduled times with or without you.
What about the weather?
Tours are held rain or shine. While tours are conducted mostly indoors, we do travel outside from one stop to the next. Check the forecast and come prepared – we do not provide umbrellas. Tours may be rescheduled based on SEVERE conditions, such as a hurricane! Guests will be notified in advance if we decide to cancel or reschedule a particular tour.
Is there a meal included with wine tasting?
There is enough food on our Culinary Tours to make a meal for most. We recommend a late breakfast, a very light lunch or even no lunch prior to your tour. Late dinner reservations may or may not be needed.
